Billy Olesen, PestStop

Billy Olesen, a proud graduate of the inaugural Leader Launch Class of 2023, has already made a remarkable impact on WSPMA. Over the course of the 18-month program, Billy honed his skills in servant leadership, public speaking, association history, and more. His graduation, celebrated at PestWorld 2024 in Denver, marks the continuation of his journey to contribute even more deeply to our industry. Billy’s knowledge and passion are felt across WSPMA as he dedicates his time and energy to advancing our shared mission.

AJ Treleven, Sprague Pest Solutions

AJ Treleven has been selected to join the Leader Launch Class of 2025, representing the next wave of future industry leaders. As Director of Operations for Sprague Pest Solutions in Tacoma, AJ’s inclusion in this prestigious program is a testament to his leadership potential and commitment to excellence. He will embark on an 18-month journey of personal and professional growth, gaining expertise in association ambassadorship, media training, consensus building, and more.


About the Leader Launch Program

Leader Launch, part of NPMA's Leadership Programs, dives deep into developing volunteer leadership for the association and the broader pest management industry. This 18-month program prepares individuals for high-level roles within NPMA, focusing on leadership development, association management, and strategic industry insight. Participants engage in both in-person and virtual sessions, learning essential leadership skills, including the SERVE model, time management, and non-profit financials.
