The Washington State Pest Management Association proudly encourages our members to nominate Ben Weber for the 2025 NPMA David Cooksey PestVet of the Year Award.
The PestVet of the Year Award honors a U.S. military veteran who exemplifies integrity, selfless service, compassion, and dedication—values that mirror those of the late David Cooksey, who inspired and supported countless veterans in their transition to civilian careers in pest management. Recipients of this national recognition demonstrate leadership, community involvement, and a commitment to helping other veterans succeed in our industry.
Ben embodies every aspect of this award. As the first-ever recipient of WSPMA’s PestVet of the Year Award, Ben has shown extraordinary dedication to the pest management profession and the people within it. His leadership, mentorship, and advocacy for veterans in pest control have made a lasting impact—both within Washington State and beyond.
Ben’s service to our country continues to echo through his professional life, where he brings integrity, compassion, and excellence to everything he does. His contributions uplift colleagues, strengthen our industry, and remind us of the values that connect us as a community.
Let’s come together as an association to ensure Ben’s service and example are recognized nationally.
