Special Online Election for Vacant Board of Directors Seats

Special Online Election for Vacant Board of Directors Seats

WSPMA will hold a special online election to fill several vacant positions on the Board of Directors. Members will vote to elect a Vice President (4-year leadership track: Vice President → President-Elect → President → Immediate Past President) and two At-Large Board Members (standard 2-year terms). Because one At-Large seat is filling an unfinished term, one elected candidate will serve a 1-year term.

This special election will follow WSPMA’s standard voting procedure:
Only one vote per member company will be counted, ensuring equal representation across the Association. Key contacts for each member company will receive a special email with a link to vote. Some companies have multiple key contacts, so ensure that only one vote is made per company. Voting will close on December 31, 2025.

These roles are essential to the strategic direction, financial oversight, and governance of WSPMA. Board members represent Washington’s pest management professionals, participate in committee work, and help guide major initiatives, industry education, and membership engagement.

WSPMA encourages all eligible members to participate in this election and help shape the future leadership of our Association.
