NPMA Announces 2026 Impact Award Recipients for Women in Pest Management

The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) has announced the recipients of the 2026 NPMA Impact Awards for Women in Pest Management, recognizing 108 exceptional women across the industry. Sponsored by FieldRoutes, the award honors women making a meaningful impact in pest management at every level and in every type of role, including management, technical and service, sales, and office staff.

Announced during Women’s History Month, the award highlights the talent, leadership, and dedication of women helping shape the future of the pest management profession. Recipients will be honored during NPMA’s Women’s Forum, May 19–21, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina.

“We’re thrilled to honor these 108 remarkable women in our industry as we celebrate International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month. The overwhelming response to our call for nominations reflects the extraordinary impact women continue to make in our field — and the growing recognition of their influence.”
— Dominique Stumpf, CEO, NPMA

Highlighting Washington’s 2026 Recipient

We are especially proud to recognize Washington’s own Karin Torchia, Office Manager at Cascade Pest Control in Snohomish, Washington, as one of this year’s NPMA Impact Award recipients.

Karin’s recognition is a great reminder that the success of pest management companies depends on strong leadership and support across every part of the business. Office professionals play a vital role in communication, coordination, customer care, and daily operations, helping teams stay organized and deliver excellent service.

We celebrate Karin and all of the 2026 recipients whose hard work, professionalism, and commitment continue to move our industry forward.
