Rodent Academy Training (RAT) is an advanced two-day program designed for pest management professionals who work in complex environments such as multifamily housing, commercial buildings, restaurants, and historic structures. This comprehensive course blends classroom learning with real-world fieldwork to equip attendees with the knowledge and tools needed to manage rodents effectively and responsibly.

Participants will explore inspection and monitoring techniques, exclusion strategies, baiting and trapping methods, and the latest technologies in rodent control. The curriculum emphasizes the role of pest professionals in public health, covering rodent-borne diseases, structural vulnerabilities, and compliance with evolving regulations. Special sessions will address rodent behavior in urban structures, managing infestations above ground level, and cost-effective alternatives to major repairs.
