The company handles financial operations for hundreds of pest management professionals looking to grow, increase profitability and exit with maximum after-tax value. More than $1 billion of annual pest control revenue flows through PCOB, and the company has brokered more than $1 billion in sell-side transactions, netting some of the highest valuations in the pest control industry.

Offerings include:

  • Monthly accounting & bookkeeping;
  • CFO consulting;
  • Tax services;
  • Accounts payable management;
  • Analytical services; and
  • M&A services, including sell-side representation, buy-side due diligence and business valuations.

PCOB was founded by pest control industry veteran Dan Gordon, CPA, more than 20 years ago. He sold his New Jersey pest control company to Viking Termite & Pest Control (now an Anticimex company) in 1994. Dan served as CFO of Viking for six years, helping grow it into a top-50 company in the industry, before departing to start PCOB. Dan is a co-host of the PMP Industry Insiders podcast.

Today, the PCOB team is made up of two dozen CPAs, EAs and QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisors with extensive experience advising pest and lawn firms.
