Navigating the Member Search Features on WSPMA’s Website

Our updated WSPMA website offers several tools to help you connect with fellow members and ensure your company is visible and accessible. Here’s a guide to understanding and making the most of the member search features:

Homepage Search Bar

On the homepage, you’ll find a search bar that allows you to look up member companies by name or location. This is a quick and easy way to locate specific companies. However, for your company to appear in these results, it’s essential to keep your service area information up to date. Be sure to review and update the counties your company services in your profile to maximize visibility.

Member Search Tab

At the top of the website, the Member Search tab provides a more detailed way to explore our membership. Here, companies are categorized by member type:

• Pest Management Companies

• Associates (such as home inspectors)

• Vendors

This tool is particularly helpful if you’re looking to connect with a specific type of member, such as finding a vendor partner or a home inspection associate.

Member Directory (for Active Members)

If you’re an active WSPMA member, logging into your profile unlocks even more detailed search options. On the left side of your dashboard, the Member Directory provides access to specific information about key contacts at member companies. This can be invaluable for networking or finding the right person to reach out to within an organization.

Updating Your Company Information

Keeping your profile accurate is crucial for visibility and effective connections. If you have the appropriate access rights, you can make updates to your company profile by selecting the Profile Update option in the upper right corner of your dashboard. Regularly reviewing and updating your information ensures you’re fully leveraging the member search tools.
