Representative Gloria Mendoza to Speak at WSPMA Summer Meeting
We are honored to welcome Representative Gloria Mendoza of Washington’s 14th Legislative District to the WSPMA Summer Meeting. A lifelong resident of Yakima County, Rep. Mendoza brings more than 28 years of public service experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing small businesses and families in Central Washington.
Raised in Grandview, WA by hardworking immigrant parents, Gloria has built a distinguished career as a small business owner, community leader, and advocate. She is the CEO and founder of GMC Training Institute and GMC Family Services, two organizations dedicated to empowering underserved communities. Her leadership background includes serving as Mayor of Grandview and on the Grandview City Council, along with active involvement in local organizations such as the Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce.
Rep. Mendoza champions policies that support small businesses, strengthen local economies, defend individual rights, and promote safer communities. At the Summer Meeting, she will share insights into the current Washington State legislative landscape and discuss how evolving policies impact small businesses across the state.
