Grow Your Industry Network: Apply for NPMA Hives

One of the greatest benefits of being part of WSPMA and NPMA is the opportunity to build relationships with professionals who understand the pest management industry.

NPMA Hives is designed to make those connections easier. Participants are matched with a small group of 5–7 fellow NPMA members for a nine-week networking and professional development experience focused on mutual support, career growth, and sharing ideas.

Applications for the November Hives cohort are now open.
Application Deadline: October 15, 2026

How Hives Work

Your Hive meets virtually for approximately 30 minutes each week for up to nine weeks, at the same time each week.

During the first meeting, participants get to know one another and select the week they will lead the conversation. During weeks 2–8, a different participant brings a topic, challenge, career goal, or question to the group and receives feedback and support from fellow members. The final week focuses on recapping the experience and continuing the relationships developed through the program.

Why Participate?

  • Build relationships with 5–7 fellow pest management professionals
  • Get advice on real career and business challenges
  • Learn from the experiences and perspectives of other NPMA members
  • Expand your professional network beyond Washington
  • Develop connections that can continue long after the program ends

Hives are designed to be participatory. Members should plan to attend the majority of the weekly meetings and actively contribute to conversations so everyone receives value from the experience.

Time Commitment: Up to 9 weeks
Meeting Length: 30 minutes per week
Group Size: 5–7 NPMA members
Application Deadline: October 15, 2026
