The WSPMA has been proudly serving the Washington State Pest Control industry since 1957. We are excited to offer our Members outstanding educational opportunities every year. As an Association we strive to create an environment that allows industry awareness and a sense of comradery. Our relationships with Members of the WSPMA are open and honest and help to provide self discipline. Through the volunteer efforts of our Members we have grown into a fantastic organization that will continue to serve the needs of our Members.

Now Accepting Nominations: 2025 WSPMA Industry Awards!
WSPMA is now accepting nominations for three inaugural awards: PestVet of the Year, PWIPM of the Year, and the Industry Impact Award. These honors recognize individuals who lead, mentor, and drive positive change in pest management. Winners will receive free registration to the 2025 Summer Meeting. Nominations are quick and can be submitted online through July 1.

2025 Steps of Hope – Fundraiser Update

PWIPM May Meeting Recap

Thank you to Jessica Townsend (American Pest & Crawl) for leading a powerful discussion on navigating stress and supporting teams during busy times. The group explored the impact of modern information overload, the challenges of leadership and boundary-setting, and strategies for maintaining work-life balance. We also shared vacation policies, team communication tips, and ideas for sustaining wellness in high-pressure roles. The meeting concluded with updates on Steps of Hope (June 7), PWIPM award nominations (open through June 30), and early planning for the 2026 meeting calendar.
