Join the Industry at PestWorld 2026

Registration is now open for PestWorld 2026, October 20–23 in Grapevine, Texas. The event features 40+ educational sessions, CEU opportunities, 250+ exhibitors across 128,000 square feet, inspiring keynote speakers, and extensive networking opportunities with pest management professionals from across the industry. Attendees can also participate in optional Texas experiences, including a TPCA-hosted clay shooting event. Early-bird pricing ends September 3, 2026.

NPMA Announces Results of 2026-2027 Board of Directors Election

NPMA announced the results of the 2026–2027 Board of Directors election, with newly elected and appointed leaders beginning service July 1, 2026. Mike Bullert of Big Time Pest Control will serve as President, alongside a diverse group of industry professionals representing companies from across the country. NPMA leadership emphasized the board’s commitment to strengthening advocacy, education, and member value for the pest management industry.

Recognize Industry Leaders — NPMA Awards and Grants Now Open

The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) is now accepting nominations and applications for its 2026 industry awards and funding opportunities. Programs recognize leadership, workplace culture, sustainability, technology adoption, community service, women in pest management, and veteran support. New this year are the Technology Adopter Award and PestVets Next Rank Fund. All submissions are due June 30, 2026, with recipients honored at PestWorld 2026 in Grapevine, Texas.

Washington Friends of Farms & Forests (WFFF) Legislative Update
Government Affairs
The House-approved Farm Bill moved forward last week after significant political maneuvering, including a recorded vote on Amendment #28 that removed federal pesticide preemption provisions from the bill. The Senate will now consider the legislation, where efforts to restore Section 10206 will require strong bipartisan support. NPMA continues educating lawmakers on the importance of consistent, science-based pesticide regulation for pest management professionals and small businesses.
