As an Association we strive to create an environment that allows industry awareness and a sense of comradery. What Have You Done For Me Lately?
Door-to-door pest control sales remain a growing concern. Both NPMA and WSPMA recognize the challenges and are actively addressing the issue. While a formal Code of Ethics isn’t feasible, the associations are working together to explore resources, training, and conflict resolution tools. Their shared goal is to support professionalism in the industry, protect consumers, and ensure member companies are equipped to respond effectively to high-pressure sales tactics.
