As an Association we strive to create an environment that allows industry awareness and a sense of comradery. Our relationships with Members of the WSPMA are open and honest and help to provide self discipline. Final Call for Nominations! WSPMA is accepting nominations for the 2026 PestVet of the Year, PWIPM of the Year, and Industry Impact Award through June 30. Help us recognize the individuals and companies making a difference through leadership, mentorship, innovation, and service to our industry and communities. Award recipients will be honored during the Awards & Auction Dinner at the WSPMA Summer Meeting on August 20 and receive complimentary registration.

PestVets Next Rank Fund
PestVets
Applications are now open for the NPMA PestVets Next Rank Fund, which supports military veterans working in the pest management industry. Two recipients will receive a $1,500 travel stipend to attend PestWorld, complimentary PestWorld registration, and an NPMA Pro Certified bundle. Eligible applicants must be honorably discharged veterans employed by an NPMA member company. Applications require a resume, recommendation letter, and short statement. Deadline: June 30, 2026.

PWIPM May 2026 Meeting Highlights

PWIPM members gathered for a meaningful discussion with Alea Pedroza of Envu focused on career growth, leadership, and navigating change within the pest management industry. Members shared personal career journeys, discussed hiring and professional development challenges, and received updates on upcoming PWIPM events and the newly established scholarship fund. The group also continued promoting the Steps of Hope fundraiser supporting the Safe House Project and explored new ways to grow participation and industry connection.
