• Business Open Date and Revenue
• Counties Served and Services Offered

Managing Personnel

The portal also allows you to add and manage your team members, simplifying event registration and communications. Using the Personnel Tool, you can assign these roles:

• Key Contact: Can register others for events, receive renewal reminders, and get important updates on business practices and member news. You can assign multiple key contacts.
• Billing Contact: Handles accounts payable. Only one billing contact is allowed per company.
• Authorized User: Has permission to update company information and manage personnel details.
